Rates  &  Terms


    After assessing your needs and the scope of your project, I will provide a complimentary quote.  
    You will find my fees both reasonable and in accordance with the usual and customary market
    rates.  The quoted fee includes two simple revisions.  Any changes made by you either to the
    scope and/or nature of the project will incur additional charges.

                 
      For your protection and mine, both parties will sign a contract, letter of
     agreement or confirm assignment parameters and payment amount and
     terms via documented e-mail correspondence. These will set forth the
     scope of work, fees and terms prior to my commencing your project.  Again, two simple
      revisions are included in the originally-quoted rate. Any other changes in the nature
     and/or scope of work will incur additional fees.
Contracts:

     
     I accept Paypal, as well as cashier's checks, business checks,
     and upon prior approval, personal checks.
Payment Methods:

     
      
       Payment is due within 14 days of invoicing. Late payments
       will incur an extra 10% penalty for every 30 days overdue.
Late Payments:



    An advance of 50% is required before commencement any project. The remaining balance
    is due upon completion. Fees are for work initially agreed upon, and include two soft
    revisions.  Any additional changes made by you, either to the nature and/or scope of the
    project will incur additional charges at my hourly rate.
